Title: While They Slept, sometimes I find myself sleeping still today, asleep to what happened on the cross and all it means for me. Thanks for sharing this poem and your heart on the page.

Title: They asked us why we wept

Great post. I pondered it for my devotions today.

And you know I'll support the print version any way I can. In 2023 I'd like to start up paid subscription if you open that gate again. Cheers!

also, I notice the word "writhe" keeps coming up in your renditions. I don't mean to be probing, but why?

Oh Andy! This took my breath away...so much depth to ponder with such vivid, richness! Oh I loved so many many parts of it, flayed and flying flesh flung down, like manna. Oh my! The blooded lamb captivated me though. I was riveted to that picture, mixed with Isaac's sacrifice and so many images. The Blooded Lamb for a title. Can you please send me your address and I'll mail you a check? I'd be honored to give to you! Also, I'd so love to copy these onto paper or in a booklet to read and mark and love. Is there a way I could do that with all of these Darklings?
